Iobit scan at windows 7 startup

So I was cleaning up my pc with iobit's Advanced System Care 7,after it finished cleaning I went restarting the pc,and after the windows logo some popup messages acme up saying something about my local disks,some kind of scan or something and it also said something about Iobit, what does this mean?

It means that in the settings for the iobit thing it is set to scan the system every time you start up.

How to fix?
Uninstall the iobit thing. Completely. It is a crap application that can cause far more problems that it attempts to fix.
