So this is my rig:
Intel i3 2120
AMD HD 5670 1gb ddr3
ddr3 2x4gb 1333mhz
Gigabyte H61m-S2PV-b3 rev2.0
350w power supply old powerman brand

so is it worth it to get a Sapphire HD 6850 1gb gddr5 for 100 usd

No, that's too much. For $100-$110 you can get a new 260x that's faster.

Absolutely, without a doubt(I always check my facts before I post). It's actually 20-40% faster depending on the game than a 6850 or 7770.

Yep, newer is almost always faster. If you compare the 6850 with the 7770 you would think just off of stats the 6850 would punish the 7770, but they're about equal.
