Gaming PC Parts Compatibility?

i have a GIGABYTE GA-F2A55M Mobo

With an AMD Athlon X4 760K

And a GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Will these parts be compatible? I ran them through PC Part Picker, but i felt that it wouldn't hurt to ask here before i go ahead and buy them.

One more thing, On PC part picker it says that my estimated wattage with these three components would be 220 W
I have 330 W PSU, will this be enough? Keep in mind that I am putting these parts in an old PC for my first gaming rig. So i will have 2 fans, an HDD, an optical drive, sound card, so on and so forth.

A 330 Watt power supply Should suffice, But i would recommend getting a 450 Watt PSU The next time you upgrade.
