Hi, I recently bought a Yamaha RX-671 Receiver and have been using the HDMI passthrough from a few devices to the TV. It has worked fine for about a month, but last night the TV started giving me an "unsupported mode" message. When plugged directly into the TV, all of my devices work. I have tried both resetting and updating the firmware of the receiver to no avail. Is there some solution to this?

There's a button on the receiver's remote labeled "HDMI" - press it once, wait a second.
If nothing comes on the screen, press it twice, then wait a second.
If nothing comes on the screen, press it three times,
and so on.

STOP when it shows something.

Pressing that button will cycle through the HDMI modes. (720p, 1080i, etc.)

This is what the remote looks like. No HDMI button :(

Tried hitting the HDMI inputs multiple times with no luck.

If gentle violence is utilized on the receiver it sometimes works. Also, if I leave it for awhile it works.

Bad solder joint(s)? Bad HDMI board????
