I installed a new gtx 750 the other day and I must have must a cable up or something because at first the monitor wouldn't get signal but now when I play games sometimes my computer will shut off but immediately come back on. Im not sure if this fixes it but i usually unplug all psu connectors from my system and plug them back in. I don't know if it's my psu cables inside my pc, my power cable from the psu to the wall, or my card. Thanks

AMD-FX4300
Cooler master GX 650w
Geforce GTX 750
Gigabyte GA-78LMT S2
8gb RAM

I tried the on board graphics with a VGA cord and didnt get signal to monitor nor did I hear the normal start up beep. I'm thinking it's my PSU.

Nothing is overclocked.

Try removing your graphics card and testing it like that. That would remove a good load off the PSU to see if it can handle the rest of the components (which doesn't use up much power). Just go around and do your usual stuff like watching videos, open some intensive apps, etc.

I do not have a vga cable to plug my monitor into my on board graphics so I can't do that right now.
