I Was Wondering if i could hook up my Playstation4 to my windows laptop, is there any software out ther that will let me do this?
Some laptops have an HDMI input, some do not. If it does, you're good to go as long as your video drivers support it (it's an OEM feature, so you may need to install OEM modified drivers)

could you give me a link?
It depends on what your laptop is. My Alienware M17x R3 has an HDMI output and an HDMI input. HDMI output has become rather standard on most laptops, but HDMI input (which allows the laptop display and speakers to be used as an HDMI endpoint) is not.
Your laptop has to support hdmi input, but many laptops do not. Typically, only higher end laptops support features like this, and you would be luck if you had a laptop that has that input.
