Are this temperatures normal?

Hello, I have recently swapped my Intel Pentium Dual core E600 CPu with an Intel Quad Q6600 revision G0, I knew from the start that this is an CPU with 65 nm not 45 nm and 95-105W TDP so as I changed an CPU for the first time I remember that the E6600 stood at an 56 max degrees Celsius in gaming and this Q6600 is acting as the picture below shows an maximum of 63 degrees Celsius while streaming on 480p on twitch an playing FarCry 3 on medium specs for like 3 hours.

I used stock heatsink and fan for the Q6600(not the one for 65 TDP of the E6600) and I never overclocked it or tried to do it.
So are this temperatures normal or the CPU heatsink is badly mounted, I used small amount of thermal compound like in every review on youtube, placed in the center of the CPU.

Solution

I have read that, i was aiming to know if is normal to run at those temps as i was streaming in 480p and playing Far Cry3 on medium specs for 3 hours ( i would say like 80-90 percent load) also from the temperature readings if its heatsink was mounted properly.
But i'll set it up again tomorow also change position and place an 120 mm fan...

I have a feeling that you have a rather high ambient room temp where your computer is. If this is the case than that can be expected. Little warm, but not overly so. If it starts getting too warm you will notice a slowdown, and if it to a certain temp, it wil just shut down.

Well i have in 120 mm fan that is set to exhaust air from the case is parallel with the CPU and one small 80mm one to absorb air from the outside of the case, and yes these day was a bit warm.
I am a bit nervous since i never installed an CPU or applied thermal compound.

Applying thermal compound isn't all that difficult. If you applying new stuff, you first need to clean off the old stuff from the CPU and Heat sink. You can use 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and a lint free cloth to do that. When you apply the new stuff, you don't need much, about the lenght of half of a long grained rice or small pea. Put it in the center of the processor and you don't need to spread it out. When you install the CPU and place the Heatsink back down on top, just make sure all four corners are tightened equally.

So after all should I reapply the thermal compound again also place the case on lower ground so it will be in an cooler area?
Also how to place the 12cm fan and the 8cm that I mentioned earlier?

PLacing it in a cooler area is always good. It doesn't hurt to reapply the thermal Compound, I have done it when i thought it wasn't right and my temps were up a bit ( it happens ). I have a 200mm fan in the front pulling air into the case and three 120mm fans, 1 in the rear and two up top to pull air out of the case. The idea is to establish a good air flow through the case. That also involves moving wires and cable to open up as much space as possible to keep from restricting the airflow.

Also after I reaply the termal compound how much time do I have to wait before starting the PC?

You can start it after you have everything together. The temps may or may not be just a tad warm, but should come down as the Thermal Compound cures.

The Q6600 B3 is 105 Watts TDP, which was the original variant. It's Tcase specification is 62C, which makes it's corresponding Core temperature is 67C.

The Q6600 G0 is 95 Watts TDP, which was the final variant. It's Tcase specification is 71C, so it's corresponding Core temperature is 76C, and TjMax is 100C. That processor can certainly run in the mid 70's with no problem.

I installed aida 64 and hwmonitor and compared the results, i noticed a 10 degrees Celsius difference between them.
Only at core temperatures independently, for CPU it's about same i mean the CPU in aida64 and TMPIN0 from hw monitor.
Also after replacing thermal conductor witch I noticed that I used a bit more .

So i guess it is normal now.
Thank you all for your time and answers!
