Using side cutters for side panel window mod?

I don't have any other tools and I saw online that you could use a pair of side cutters to cut your side panel of the computer. I'm looking to install a window there myself. My question is, will a pair of side cutters cut the side panel cleanly? My case is a LEPA brand and I know it is a no name but the features it had were pretty good for it's price. The case is made with metal but it isn't very strong or thick and could be bent with some force.

Using a dremel would be a lot easier. I can imagine the sidecutters would have a tough time cutting through the case's metal.

I doubt it will do a good job. They will likely warp the panel with every snip. Generally the only tool to do a clean job for this is a Dremel (takes forever) or a saber saw.
