hello everybody, my problem is that i cant reach my usb 3 connector on the motherboard as the connector is big and the pins are under my gpu, i was wondering if there is an extenstion which has a 90 dgree end, need help please.
My guess is that he/she has the newer USB 3.0 Internal connector and not the usual usb 3.0 header. They can be hard to connect depending on your case and the pins do bend easily.
the motherboard is a dell 0M9KCM and the gpu is a gtx 770 gigabyte, the motherboard has 2 pci-e slots but one is x16 and the other is x16(wire 4) i didnt understand what does wire 4 mean..and i think the wire could fit.
Couldn't find a photo on the web. Dell and HP make it really hard to find fixes for problems.
I gather only one useable pcie slot. I don't know what wire is either - Dell speak?
Maybe try it and see if it'll drive the card. If that'll fix the usb3.0 problem. It seems dumb that a needed usb3.0 port can be covered by the graphics card.
