My USB 3.0 connecter in my Antec One?

I recently finished a new pc build. At the end I tried to plug in a wireless usb adapter to the front USB 3.0's. For some reason it didnt recognize anything. Is it broken or should i attach that cable to a a USB 3.0-USB 2.0 Adapter?? Please help

Do any usb devices work in those USB 3.0 ports? or even get detected?

What motherboard do you have and do you have the newest motherboard drivers? The wireless adapter works in the 2.0 slots?

If those are all good then might be the case or the motherboard since it is a specific issue.
