What specs should I get for when advanced warfare comes out that will run the game at 60FPS, and yes I know the game isn't out yet and I know that nobody knows the requirements but I'm asking what specs do you THINK it will be?

Well it depends on what settings you'll want to play at. If you want to max it out... well, CoD as of late isn't very good when it comes to optimizing. I played Ghosts on my PC with a GTX 770 ($330 Enthusiast/High End GPU) and even though I could max it out and get roughly 60 fps on average on singleplayer (I didn't try the multiplayer), my GPU was working at its absolute max to do so. When you consider that the game is a corridor shooter that, in my opinion, looks worse than the nearly three year old Battlefield 3, it's really quite bothersome.

So I'm going to estimate that if you want to max Advanced Warfare with 60 fps, you'll also likely want to get something like a GTX 770 or upwards. Considering that Advanced Warfare will likely be more intensive than Ghosts, I'd recommend you aim for an R9 290 (~$400) or up to be absolutely sure.

As for the CPU... it's CoD, so you won't need much. But if you get an R9 290 with it, you may as well make sure you have a CPU that won't bottleneck you in other games, so try for an i5-4670k for the best experience all around.
