Is it normal for my Asus Gtx 770 to be slanted

Ehhhhh somewhat normal. It shouldn't lean that much, but it should lean a little considering how heavy it is and how little counter-torque there is on the right hand side of it. I think mine leans too. I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just go ahead and ensure it's nicely secured into the PCIe slot and that it's screwed into PCIe shield slot properly. Other than that you should be fine and as long as you're not moving it around a lot (like if you transport it often) then you'll be fine in regards to durability.
