hi there
6 months ago i got a gaming config laptop from ebay
its config is
dell inspiron 3537
corei7 4500u
amd radeon 8850( also said as r9 m265x)
8gb ram
1tb hdd

so the problem arised just a week bfore
from last six months i m playing all games at extra ultra settings no lags
but from a week i got 2 new games
watch dogs and crysis 3
i installed both and when i playing it i get random freezing at all stages
the freezing in lags occurs for 10 to 15 seconds then again the games start running smoothly
again the freezing in lags occurs again the games start running smooth so this goes on and on
i also swtiched to lowest settings in both game since results are same in that also

one thing i noticed this only happens when i connect my laptop charger i mean when its on AC adapter mode in that this problem occurs if i dont connect AC adapter this doesnt occur and games run smoothly

today i also installed battlefield 4 in that also same problem
pls help me i m really confused in this
thanks

google msi afterburner and check your temps on load.in need to see them to determine if the laptop is overheating or if it is in normal ranges
if it's overheating as i expect from my experience , . you should repaste your heatsinks .and clean your fan
you should also use a good thermal paste like ic diamond or arctic silver 5 . according to what compound you'd prefer
also get a cooling pad . coolermaster makes good ones . check the notepal x3
always don't expose the laptop to extra heat by putting it on your lab or on the bed while gaming
and at last , DELL is the worst gaming laptops ever regarding cooling . the fan is really tiny compared to the load on it .

1st . when you remove the charger you play smoothly ? that's really strange because all those games are demanding and your gpu need power to operate them smoothly . so how can you play them smoothly when your charger isn't charging your laptop ?
2nd , if it freezes then comes back i would suggest - since your laptop is dell - that it's cooling problem . i had the same problem with my inspiron n5110 when i play games. the dell laptops are horrible regarding the heat issues.so check your temps in load using something like MSI afterburner and post the results
also check if you don't have page file issues . is there a pop message that pops and says your system is low on memory ? if so then the lag is because something wrong with your memory .

Please, make sure that Watch Dogs isn't well optimized for some gaming systems. In not sure what is wrong with Crysis but there is definitely stuttering issues with watch dogs.
