Weird temps for 6350?

I recently put together my first build and it works like a dream, my CPU is a fx 6350, and the cooler is a 212 evo with the thermal paste I applied being arctic silver 5. Idle temps on the cpu range from 39-42C and that sounds bad or maybe normal I guess since it's a decently overclocked 6300. Here's where it gets weird though, when I play games the temps only increase by maybe a few degrees, i'm talking 44-46. So far i've only tested CSGO / Payday 2 at highest settings, and Planetside 2 / Watch Dogs at decently high settings, all within that temp range, is this normal? Also how do I get the 212 evo fan to be quieter? It's kinda loud while idling

No dude those temps are nothing to worry about, if you want to overclock a new cooler might be necessary, it could be your cpu isnt doing much work in those games, you can change cpu cooler speed in the bios, if you wanted to make it much quieter you could use a corsair h60, that would also increase your overclocking potential

I was hoping to avoid overclocking myself in the first place for my first build, that's why I went with the 6350 over the 6300. I know the temps aren't bad and i'm happy with it, but it's just the fan speeds. Also how simple is it to change in the bios? As in change the speed as a set, or set it to it staying at a certain speed until certain temps then speed up? I thought there were programs for that
