Solution
7750 ^_^

If you play only on a 1080p resolution then a single R9 270x or GTX 760 will do. If you have more budget then it's always nice to get something better. I suggest you browse games benchmarks of the ones you play to see which graphics card is the one for you.

You'll Crossfire/SLI if you're going to use high resolution like in a multi-monitor setup or a 4K resolution monitor. It depends on your budget since you're going to add another graphics card.

every thing looks great except the gpu that gpu is old and weak i will say a r9 280x or gtx 770 will be good ..

What are you using this for? Im assuming its going to be used for rendering because you have 16 Gigs of ram, So what do i think so far? Great build! Except for the PSU, I Would recommend getting a Antec Or SeaSonic 620 Watt PSU, As Corsair PSU's Suffer badly when under load, As they have bad capacitors, But other than that, Its a good build!

Should I get a higher watt like 700+ for future preferences?

Gold certified for PSU? Not platinum?
And which one should I get for optical drives?

I was trying to make a build at the same total as your first one. It looks like you have more money to spare. You can go for platinum PSUs if you want. Do you plan to use more than one GPU (crossfire) in the future? I think a good quality 750w PSU is the minimum for two 280x (if you're going with 280x). Personally I would get a PSU with 850W or more if on crossfire.

The optical drives depend on your needs. Are you going to read/write CDs? DVDs? Blu-Ray?

I'm planning to crossfire in the future, my gpu at the moment isn't that good. So i'm just going to finish my build first.
Do you have any PSU platinum 850W to recommend?

I'm just going to read CD's

"I already got the MOBO, RAM, VC, CPU and OS." This I didn't notice.

I think you're going for a red/black color scheme and the NZXT case is really nice.

I added the HDD, Optical drive and changed the PSU (which costs the same as the one you picked).

If you want to retain the red/black theme I suggest you get an Asus, MSI, XFX or Powercolor graphics card.
