ok so first off my budget is 280 EUROs i have been looking for a r9 280x or up to a r9 290x on ebay i need some help with finding em cheap where they will post to ireland they dont have to bee on ebay here ar some i found please tell me what one is the best price/performance or suggest another card

Yes the GPU should handle it no sweat. Although Anti-aliasing performance and some other features will depend largely on your CPU.

Yes with that beastly CPU and a GTX 770 you should be able to handle most/any current AAA games at Ultra, 60FPS at 1080p.

Yes, if you stretch that little bit further and get the 280x you will have 3GB of memory, this will mean as games start using higher res textures you will still be able to play them at max and your card will be a little bit more 'future proof'.
