Sapphire r9 280 on newegg why much cheaper?

As title suggests.

Is it only because it's on sale randomly?

Any reason to not buy MSI version instead?

I can find very few review on 280 on internet; most are of 280x.

The Dual-X is kind of Sapphire's value solution, so it should be cheaper, special offers just kinda happen randomly. That's not to say it's rubbish, it's still R9 280 performance with a good cooler.

Both the MSI Gaming & Sapphire Dual-X are known to have had some fan issues. The Dual-X is supposed to get noisy sometimes, while the Gaming cards are known to sometimes have oil/gel leaks.

Just get the one you like.
