Mainboard: Asus sabertooth 990fx rev2.0
Cpu: fx 8350

Its no matter what i put in uefi as voltage, i see on cpuz specs that my voltage is not what i gave and is changing self... example: i put 1.45 but in cpu-z i see 1.48-1.50. whats matter?

Solution
thats called vdrop, difference between bios and cpuz voltage. You should change your LLC(load line calibration) to some other setting, so that your voltage in bios is as close to cpuzs as possible. there is nothing wrong with use of offset voltage.

Dp ypu have xmp profile for your rams, if you do then enable it.

yes everything is new.

i have updated bios. i can limit my crazy voltage only with offset mode. with manuel mode its like crazy. i put 1.430 it jumps to 1.500 volt.

and my another problem is ram timings. rams want to work at 11-13-13-35. otherwise they dont work. even at 9-9-9-27 their standart timings make trouble and cant open pc.
