So i'm thinking about getting a benq monitor - the benq xl2420z. One reason i want it is because it's led 2. because it's not to big 3. it's hd and 4 it's 144Hz. That got me thinking will my MSI Twinfrozr IV GTX 780 handle that in games like battlefield 4?. I get avg 80-100Fps now with 60Hz. Will it be able to do the 60Hz? :) .

Ty in advance - Nick

Depending on the game, but higher than 90 fps, you will not see the difference.

You should be able to see 80+ FPS in all games (except crysis 3 takes 2 titan blacks to get a solid 60) but i would suggest mixing settings and making your own custom setting, go into an empty game match/server or even campaign and just test, see what things look like on ultra, high, medium and low, generally you can turn down shadows to medium as they dont look very different to ultra or high and they could land you with 10+ extra FPS, also if you get them FPS with 60Hz 144Hz wont make a difference to your fps its just your monitor refreshing faster and wont hit performance, you have no worries, if you have anymore questions im around quite often so just ask, goodluck :)

Do Sli as fast as possible so you can get awesome frames, and mate 2 780's BRAGGING RIIIGGHHTS!! Also that monitor is a danger i would get rid of it now if its making sounds because that is a fire hazard and if it sets fire then it could set fire to your build and you wont be happy with that, have fun :)
