I tried http://techinicalhacks.blogspot.in/search/label/Tata%20sky%20USB%20dongle%20in%20pc and https://wikidevi.com/files/Drivers/Broadcom/bcm4323x_6.30.145.26_XP.zip. links but still there is problem

Solution
As I said, you have to head the part about Windows 8 which is " If you are in windows 8 you might experience an error stating that the hash for the file is not present in specific catalog file. The file is likely corrupt or the victim of tampering. Dont worry its is because windows 8 does not allow installation of non signed drivers. so you have to first disable that to install this device. "

Disable blocking non-signed drivers, steps are here http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-can-i-install-hardware-with-unsigned-drivers-in-windows-8/

Is the device showing up in Device Manager with no errors? What exactly is the problem? What steps have you done and what was the result? Note that there is a special note about Windows 8 in the instructions you linked.
