PC endless power on/off cycle

The main suspects are either a faulty PSU or a faulty motherboard.
Try changing the PSU to start with. If still same problem I suspect the motherboard may be faulty.

Before you try replacing parts you should check if it's something as simple as a faulty front panel power button.
Disconnect the power and reset connectors from the pins on your motherboard (after unplugging the pc) and see if you have the same issue when you short the power pins with a screwdriver.
