To access the wizard (and much more) for TEW 653AP you have to connect to the website 192.168.10.100. I have tried 100s of times and only connected once. Most often I don't get anything. Sometimes I get a Yahoo listing of users of 192.168.10.100. Sometimes I get a "can't open the page" message. I have tried phone tech support. I am desperate!

I am having exactly the same problem and I did all the things suggested by popatim. Have you had any luck? I'm using Windows Vista operating system
