My computer freezes all the time :(

Hi there.
I have a home built computer, with some components from here and there, nothing new, but mainly older stuff I've gotten from friends when they have upgraded
Anyways, I love playing games, mainly The Sims 3, and seeing that my computer meets the requirements, it baffles me that while playing The Sims 3 it freezes every 5 seconds, for a period of 10-15 seconds, where I can do nothing.
I have tried reinstalling the Sims, and I've even tried reinstalling windows, so the computer is clean, and nothing but Chrome and The Sims installed, but still it freezes.
Now the problem has spread, and my pc is rather slow, when going on the internet or into folders.

Note, It is the same freeze that happens whether I play the sims 3 with all the expansions and DLCs, as when I play the sims 3 Vanilla.

I am wondering if it is components of my computer that has a hard time cooperating, so at the bottom of this I will paste part of my DXdiag, so you can take a look and see if anything is crazy or wrong with my build.

I hope there is a solution and that I can get some tips.

(I run Ccleaner and Auslogics Disk defrag on a regular basis.)

The Ram is used, and the Graphic card is not the original, nor is the harddrive, but power supply, mobo and CPU are from original build, brand new when build, not secondhand
