Hello Guyz! I just assembled a new PC except my old GPU!
My Current Rig:

FX6300 3.5 Ghz
Radeon 5670 HD 1 GB
4GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance 1600 Mhz
Asus M5A97 R2.0 Mobo
and A 450W PSU ( Its just Local PSU i.e. not Corsair, CM etc)

I just played Many Games like COD 4 Multiplayer , DOTA 2 and noticed they are lagging!
They never Lagged with my previous Dual Core 3.0 ghz processor. I don't know What the Prob Here. My Rig is way higher than Their Recommended Rig. AC3 is also Lagging a bit at high settings.
Is my GPU Bottlenecking My new CPU?

Please Help!

I heard Windows 8.1 Is bad For gaming! Most of these games worked with My DUAL core 3.0 Ghz and 2 GB RAM in windows 7...but know have some wired mouse Lag! Mostly in COD and DOTA 2..
So Can It Be Windows 8.1 causing Problems?

where did you hear that?? if anything win 8.1 would be faster, and plus i use it and it IS faster.

win 8.1 utilizes cores better
