So I've had Windows 7 running for about a year and half now and I want to do a fresh install.

Windows is located on a 256GB SSD.

All my games and some Apps are located on separate a 1TB SSD.

I have a lot of games installed (near 500GB) and don't want to download them again.

Is there a way to reinstall Steam/Origin and then have them use the previous game files?

Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure with Origin you simply click on the Origin button upper left corner and select Add game then it will say unify collection. Done. Steam....pretty easy just click steam button upper left corner Back up Restore Games. Restore. Uplay......Your hooped. I was so pissed when I had to re-download. But maybe I shoulda just added those games with Steam. Just thought of that. You got a 1 T SSD? Nice. I want to buy a 500 Gig for games. My Mechanical HDD does take a while.

Yeah, just got it. I was looking around for a 500GB and saw that Amazon was having a deal on the Samsung EVO drives. I ended up getting the 1TB for $450 which was just a little more than I was expecting to pay for a 512GB.

Its pretty awesome. I am always the first dude to spawn in Battlefield haha.

Thanks for the help.
