I want to buy a new gaming graphics card. I am from India.
Budget --- Rs. 6000-9000
Specs:
M4A88T-M LE
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
4GB DDR3 RAM

That's the fastest card I could find for under 9k. It's faster than the 7770, 7750, r7 250, GTX650, and GTX650ti.

You could go with a Corsair 450w or Antec 450w, but the Seasonic 400w is better and the same price and it's the cheapest power supply I would use with a graphics card.

If you want to spend a little more the 750ti is about 20% faster than the 750, but it's 2600 more.

That Seasonic is a good deal, I wish we could get that model Seasonic in the US for $40.
