OK for top fan to be more powerful than rear?

I have a Cooler Master HAF 912 and I was planning on adding two of these fans:

One to replace the stock 120mm front intake, and one for the top exhaust. My question is, will it be ok to use the stock rear exhaust, or will it cause a problem with pulling air to the back of the case since the top exhaust will be more powerful? If so, could I combat that by finding a 120mm fan with a higher CFM than the top fan?

I think maybe what you should worry about is turning the computer into a vacuum. I think that setup will work if you play with fan RPM's. Have the top 200mm going at a slower pace while the front a little faster. You don't want the dust to bypass those filters say through the PCI-e expansion slots. Is it possible to put the 200mm on front along with another 120? Just so you have more of an even in out exchange although IMO you would want a slightly positive pressure

@ Pondering: What kind of bearing would be good for horizontal mounting?

@ Memhorder: My case only allows for one 200mm or up to two 120mm fans in the front. And I actually am trying to go for more negative pressure. I want to prioritize exhausting the heat inside the case over blowing more air in.

I looked at those and they do look pretty nice, but the reviews on Newegg said that they had to do some trimming of the fan's housing to get it to fit in a HAF case, and I'd rather not do that.

Honestly? there's not too much for 200mm Fans that are not sleeve. Pondering was right when they said sleeve is bad horizontally but I think your stuck and don't have a choice really. I mean the CoolerMaster ones are only 15 bucks just go for those. They should at least last a year. You'll find out first hand how long they last horizontally
