Hello guys!
I'm getting a new PC build since the one I use now gets overheated and automatically turns off everytime I try to play the Sims 3, eventho it meets the system requirements.

I ordered these pieces:

Mother Board: AsRock Z87M Extreme4
CPU: Intel i7-4770k
RAM: 16GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance (2x8gb)
Hard Disk: Western Digital 1TB 7200rpm 64MB Caviar Black
SSD: Series 840 Evo Basic 120GB SATA (I'll only use it to install the OS)
Graphic Card: Gigabyte nVidia GeForce GTX 770 OC 2GB
OS: Windows 7 Premium 64bit
PSU: Antec 750Watt EC 80+ Gold
Monitor: 21,5" Led Samsung S22D390H FullHD (1920x1080 resolution)
CPU Cooler: ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2
Case: Cooler master Elite 344

Do you think I'll be good for a long time with this? It costed around (1400 euros -> $1900) so I really don't want to spend more money on this for at least one year. After that I might upgrade some component.

I had a limited budget because I'm a teen and I had to pay for this all by myself, my brother helped me choose the components because I don't really know much about PC's. My main 'goal' with this is to be able to play the sims 3 smoothly and maybe some other games.

Thank you in advance!

Solution
There are a few things that should be changed if it's still possible, for example a hyper 212 evo cpu cooler instead of the crappy Arctic freezer 7, 8gb of ram rather than 16gb (16 is not needed).
A better case such as a Define R4, that psu is kind of overkill but you might as well keep it if you have already ordered.
Why did you say you would only install the OS onto that SSD, the SSD is big enough to hold a few games and programs for a massive speed increase, and you could probably fit it into your budget to get a 250gb MX100 Crucial SSD if you wanted to install lots of stuff onto it.
Anyway, more info is needed about what you want to do with your PC, I'm sure you're going to be doing things other than just playing the Sims 3, you...

I'm kind of confused, it was a bit unclear, have you already bought these parts? Is this the PC you used to have and are having issues with, or is the PC you're GOING to buy, or have you already bought it all?
If you've already bought it all, what do you want help with, do you just want to know whether it will be okay for playing games in the next few years?

This is the PC I'm going to buy. I've ordered the pieces but I can still change my order if I want to.
I'd like to know if its good for gaming in the upcoming years or if I should cange something?

EG: photo editing, 3D programs (blender etc), will you do anything like that?

Other than the Sims 3 I'll do video editing, watch films, browse the internet and thats it I guess..
For games I still haven't decided yet but I'm planning to buy GTA V when it will come out for PC..
I'll get the 250gb SSD and hyper 212 evo cpu cooler and try to see if I can also change my RAM and PSU otherweise I'll have to keep these ones.

Yeah it should be just fine, this PC will absolutely destroy the sims 3, and pretty much any other game you throw at it for years to come, and the 250gb ssd will mean any everyday activities such as turning on the pc, starting a program like a browser or a game, etc, is going to be pretty much instant (Apart from turning on the pc, but even that will only take seconds).
So, good luck with building it! If you have any further questions, please just ask, and don't forget to pick a best answer!
