Windows 7 recognizes that USB storage devices and SD cards are attached to it but has been unsuccessful in installing any of their drivers. After failing to install the driver, the system no longer recognizes the device. There may be an issue with PNP. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium Serivce Pack 1 64-bit on an HP Pavilion m6 Notebook PC.
