Hi folks

Never built a PC before. This project would provide me with an opportunity to take a crack at building a PC myself. I know that I could do it.

My project would consist in building an inexpensive loan PC hopefully for $400. or less. This build would serve as a backup PC for members of my family only. I would lend them this PC (for free) while I rebuild or upgrade their own PC. This would NOT serve as a gaming computer.

There is something I am not sure of however.

Given that everybody uses a different monitor, would Windows 7 (that's what I would install on it as OS) retrieve automatically the drivers of each person's specific monitor or would I have to chase these drivers myself and install them for each person ? Would installing several different drivers for different monitor cause any problems ?

Thank you
