Never played game witch overclocking graphic card, cause
it's not necessary, tried on the Cpu one time..and it was great. so i play everything on stock, there a software for Msi Gaming edition cards witch offer 3 modes (Silent'980mhz',gaming'1097mhz' and Overclock'1137mhz') but the software never tuch the Voltage, so no Downclock

Did you change things in the Nvidia Control Panel? Optimize it to the settings you want. Try changing the "Power Management Mode" to "Adaptive" instead of "Prefer Maximum Performance". In Afterburner, set the Power Limit lower (default).
