i dont see a difference both are 7200rpm 64mb cache but i do need an new HD cause my 750gb came loose (where the sata cord plugs into i messed with my fans a bit much) it still works but have to hold down the sata cord onto the pins. i know black is gaming and blue is for everyday stuff but dont see a difference. im looking for a 1TB HD dont have the money for a ssd
