I would consider a passive PSU if you want really quiet
Get a big CPU cooler
A 780 will be pretty loud under load nomatter what
You can use an SSD to eliminated HDD noise

CPU and GPU VRMs can squeal under load too

From what i see, the geforce 780 need 2 connections from the psu, all psu came with that connections? I dont want to buy a 700psu and see that the psu dont have the cables needed to connect to Gtx 780. Thanks

Your build will run comfortably on a 650w PSU.

Make sure you use a good company like Antec, XFX, Seasonic.

A 650w unit from them will have MORE than enough connectors for your whole build.

Yes no problem. Just make sure it will fit in the case if you are using an Matx case.
