HELP NEEDED: Massive FPS Drops in League of Legends

I'm a high elo League of Legends player and I've found myself in a rut recently. It began around patch 4.5 which released a few months ago.

Back in season 3 I had horrible FPS. I would pull 60 FPS while looking at the environment and 20-30 FPS while looking at a teamfight. It was difficult to play with that kind of FPS. I found a fix online, which was to add the following lines to my config file:
[UnitRenderStyle]
Inking=0
AdvancedReflection=0
PerPixelPointLighting=0

I found massive FPS gains, from 20-60 before the fix to 120-180 after the fix.

Around the middle of this season, as I mentioned patch 4.4-4.6ish, my FPS issues came back. Pulling 20 FPS in a teamfight has severely handicapped me. I can no longer play strategically, instead I have to spam buttons and hope we win the fight. My growth in ranked slowed and so did my drive to improve at this game.

If ANYONE reading this has any way to help me I will receive your help with open arms. At this point I can no longer play for fun and to improve my skill. I'm desperate for a solution.

Solutions I have tried so far:
I have reinstalled the client once through the main installer, and once through a download from support which didn't include Pando Media Booster. I have added the lines mentioned above into my config file, which no longer works to increase FPS. I am playing at the lowest graphics. I have updated graphics drivers. I have changed Nvidia Control Panel settings to the lowest they will go. I have tried playing on lower resolutions. I have increased priority in Task Manager. I have closed all open programs besides League. None of these have solved my FPS issues.

Some PC specs that might help:
8gb 1333mhz RAM
Nvidia GT555m Graphics, driver 337.88
1920*1080 dual monitor setup
Intel Core i7-2670QM 2.2 ghz Quad Core

Solution
It could be an issue with your LoL client. I had issues with FPS and blue blocks in the game before my friend told me how to fix it. When you launch the game and you pull up the screen with the big yellow "PLAY" button, instead of clicking play there should be a pair of cogs next to the minimize and close buttons. Click that and there should be a repair client button (or something similar to that) press that and then let it do its things and hopefully your client should be fixed.

This PC is surely enough to play LoL so no problems in your PC specs. Update every single driver that you can, (e.g. BIOS, GPU etc...). Viruses can surely affect FPS, if you do not already have Anti-Virus/Malware then I would recommend Malwarebytes, run a full scan and delete the viruses. I think the fact that you have 2 monitors could also affect FPS because the Vram is getting used up, so disable one monitor and see if that helps. Delete random programs that you have (not very useful, but worth a shot). Run a scan of CCleaner and run it to clean "Junk Files" (can 'possibly' improve FPS). Good Luck :)

What is the easiest way to update all of those drivers? My PC is 3 years old and I reformatted it about one year ago. At that time, I installed all of the drivers off of Dell's driver website. I also have 3 GB video ram on this card so I don't think that would cause a problem. Thanks a ton for your help, I really appreciate it! I will update this post with a solution as I do not want anyone else dealing with low FPS.

Go onto the manufacturers website and install the latest BIOS and chipset drivers. Uninstall current Nvidia drivers and re-install it :)

Alright so both of those were up to date. I clean reinstalled my Nvidia driver. I see no improvement in framerates :/
Would a dxdiag help you at all? I'm at a loss right now.

Sorry for the late reply but no it will not help. Lower the resolution to 640x480 on lowest settings with no AA. Turn off one monitor and hopefully the FPS will improve :)

Have you tried deleting these lines? Maybe something with the new patch and this causing this? Worth a try. (Or maybe you need to re add the lines. Ex. I went into SC2 files and changed it to 16 bit and removed shadows which game me a massive boost and it looked no different, jsut crappy loading screens. Everytime they update/ I change settings I have to redo this as it resets it.)
