Video BIOS is more than 2 years old. Update it if necessary. As I can solve this?

This depends on what you are doing with the system
On office computers you may use the same video drivers(i am guessing drivers since you rarely if ever update the bios on a video card) for years.
As long as it is working the way you want it to. do not bother updating it.
My sound drivers are almost 4 years old. It works the way I want it to so that is how I will be keeping it.
On the other hand, if you have a gaming system, you may want to update video drives as soon as new ones come out to improve performance on newer games.
