Is there a webcam that has a built-in microphone and speakers that will mount to my monitor?

I'm looking for a sort of bar that will mount to the top of my monitor that will act as an all in 1 webcam, microphone, and speakers. I'm assuming it'll have to be a wide webcam but thats okay as long as it can mount to my monitor. I would find it convenient to use something like this because it won't be a lot of clutter on my desk. I looked everywhere but I could not find it, does anyone know of any? what are you guys using?

Logitech C310. Doesn't have speakers though. I use my desktop speakers for it.

The smallest speaker i have is this: http://www.divoom.com/product/iris-02.html
performs decent, does deliver good audio when using skype.
One of my monitors also has built-in speakers.
I haven't used the Creative one, but i like the C310's mic.
