Flipped Tower Low FPS Now

My tower fell over on its side and the graphics card came loose. I put it back in and turned it on, and everything is running fine, all fans and temp was very normal. Once I get into any game though its freezing up randomly when it never did. I usually play GW2 on max settings without any freezing what so ever... however now I am getting freezing and hitching on the lowest settings of any game.

What do I need to do? Do I need to replace my graphics card?

You might also have damaged you PCI-E port on the motherboard. I'd take a bright flashlight and see if there's any damage to the GFX cards pins, also check for tearing in the soldering on PCI-E port (the one your GFX card sits in).

If this is the case, if you have another PCI-E port, you could try moving the card to a new one.
