Hardware Compatibility For New Gaming Build.

Hello, I am building my first pc, i am going to use it to play games like Gmod, PayDay 2, CS:GO and Killing Floor. The reason i came here is to ask if the hardware would be compatible for the build. Here is the list of parts i am going to use:

Could anyone please tell me if the parts would work together?

MANY problems:

CPU is 6 years old.
GPU is a generation old and pretty weak.
PSU is 10000% trash. This is the single most important part of a PC.

What is your budget and country of origin?

I'm not sure if you'll still find a Phenom now. I would go for something like a FX-6300 instead. For the rest everything works great toghether.
I would change the power supply though. Get a Seasonic S12II 520W instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151094

You want to get a 500-600w PSU from Antec, XFX, Seasonic only.

Also, at 1080p, do not expect demanding games to run at medium on a gtx650 and a 6 year old CPU. This will run Crysis 3 at very low most likely.

That Arctic blue unit is trash.

My country of origin is Ireland and my budget is 330 euro
I am going to use a mix of old and new parts.
My aim here is not to play crysis 3 at 60fps+ on ultra settings, just some medium gaming and i checked and the gpu will run CS:GO at 90 fps minimum. I deciced to change my psu and i chose the Arctic Blue 850W Power Supply.

Yeah so after reading all the answers, i decided to not build it yet and save up my money so i can buy better parts.
