Oh, ok that is different. If your modem is your primary router then your connections are fine in the drawing.
Now you need to make sure that your two routers, 1 and 2 have their DHCP turned off and you connect the two routers from the Switch to the LAN ports (of routers 1 and 2) and not the WAN ports (you won't use the WAN ports on those routers). This will put everything on one network. Depending on if you had DHCP turned on - on the router 1 and 2, you may need to reboot or release/renew the devices IP addresses so they can get a new address.
Do you get 2 IP addresses from your ISP? If not then the connection should go straight from your modem to your primary router. Then behind the main router should be your switch and all your connections, including the connection to your second router.

They're in the WAN port with DHCP on. I've tried switching off DHCP but i couldn't connect after that. Maybe because the ethernet cables were in the wan ports. I'm trying now then letting you know.

Switched off DHCP, and put the cable from the switch in one of the four normal ports. Still can't find printer with wired PC and now cant even connect to router config via wireless device.

EDIT: I was too fast! This completely fixed my problem. I salute you sir!
