bios update crashed my ssd from loading windows 7 help please

Hi i just updated my bios ,crashes my ssd when loads windows 7 , i tried recovery with no luck, i have no recovery disk and no back up partition,also i have no idea what my product key is as i have changed my case and lost the product key sticker.. help please ,i have a few games and things i want restored,is there a way to get this drive to work again please

Enter Bios setting and change the SATA mode to AHCI (or IDE, if it is on AHCI now).

ok will try
it does try to load windows just crashes in 2 seconds of attempt

A bios update sets the cmos settings back to default. That's no problem for most of the options, except the SATA mode.
