if its not opening then its dead and there is nothing in my knowledge that can be done but if the card is asking for a format while opening it and u have important files in and you want to recover them then u can try a software called active file recovery....

Your post is cut off because you tried to put the full message in the title. Is the card seen in the computer? If it is, try running Recuva and see if it picks up any files. If the card is not seen, it is likely a physical issue that will need to be taken to a drive recovery place to be looked at.
