My fans are set on automatic as long as my components are cool.
My CPU is at 28C 1100 rpms with a horrible stock fan from Hyper 212 evo it gets noisy over 1300 rpm like a RC toy
GPU is at 24C GTX 650 TI MSI model with thermaltake TG-1 Thermal paste was 33 with stock paste and it doesn't show the RPM for me.
My case fan is a walmart tower fan for 15 dollars i have the case open so not sure what speed it is on lowest settings i have it on.
