i have windows 7 and a hp 6500a officejet printer
printer went offline- i reset it but as soon as i click to print something it goes back offline
i tried reconnecting the power cord, shutting down pc and printer and still does not work
i tried deleating printer and re-adding it.. still does not work
its like windows does not know i have a printer
the fax and copier work , but cant print from computer
tried the hp scan and print doc which did not help either
im not using it wireless butregular with a dell desktop
