An advice : NEVER EVER TAKE A CASE WITH A POWER SUPPLY, it can affect negatively all your stuff
You can also take a Gigabyte GTX 750 ti , it's great in performance (30 fps for Crysis 3 in Full HD High) and powerless (60 W) for 150 $
Power supply : Antec HCG 520 W (55 $)
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Antec/HCG-520/8.html
Case : NZXT Source 210 Elite (50 $)
Yes R9 270X is better than 750 ti but you should buy a good PSU, it crucial for your PC
Total : 525 $
