Should I get a Xbox One and a gaming laptop or just a really good gaming desktop?

I already have the PS4. But I really want to play the next Halo and Gears of War on the Xbox One alongside the good PC titles which run the best on PC. For multiplats, I will get PC. For exclusives, I can get them on PS4 and Xbox One. And I am not really big on graphics so a really powerful desktop has less appeal to me than a gaming laptop. I think with a dedicated graphics memory of 8GB on the 880M, it should play 1080p on high to ultra no problem for most games. What do you think?

Thanks. I think the 870M should be able to run games at 1080p with decent fps.

Thanks. This is definitely what I am looking for. It fits the budget well. I can always ask my bro-in-law to build it for me.

I am still deciding...but this one is definitely a good deal. I can also get an Xbox One with this build. I can probably find something similar in NCIX or Canada Computers.
