I really don't know what to do?? I Will play games after my exams and also I will game for more than 3 hours a day cause I'll be free. What do you think of my average bills etc. I have a 42 inch 3d tv to game with ps4 and The pc I am looking is core i7 4900k, 8gb 1866mhz ram,gtx 770, cooler master storm enforcer casing and 600w psu.

If you want to save money in the long run go for PC. The games are honestly ridiculously cheap - I mean go to this link http://store.steampowered.com/sub/47942/ that should be enough evidence right there. 100$ for all those games? On console, that would end up costing you 250-300 dollars for all those games.

If you are talking about your average electric bill, I have no idea, sorry.
