Hey guys i recently built my computer ( well by recently it has been like 6 months) my specs are :

Intel Core i5 4440
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming motherboard
8GB of Coursair Vengance 1600Mhz
Nvidia GTX 760 (MSI oc Gaming) 4GB
Corsair TX750M PSU

the problem i am having is my RAM... Recently i have noticed that my Ram is almost being completely used at all times...
when i go into Task Manager and check Performance my RAM is always at 7.2GB when all i am running is Firefox, Skype and a few other non memory Intensive Programs...
My Processes Tree doesnt show anything using anything to the maximum

Please note this pic was taken just after everything had pretty much crashed ( thus the High CPU usage)

this is what it is at at all times.. even if i get on the PC right after i wake up, same story if i restart my PC, i would really love it if you guys could tell me what is happening??

PS( i have installed Malwarebytes and did a ful scan and have a few other Antivirus programs that i have done scans with and they have picked up Nothing... )

Firefox,Malwarebytes and a Automated Program runing A Game ( the YAEB one) are pretty much my top 3 usages, but they are not very hihg, when implaying COD it gets to like 1 million so this usage is not hihger then the usual output of Firefox...

slows down the PC a lot.. but playing games seems to be fine? its like the program that takes up all the ram uses to the max but as soon as you use a memory intensive program it ratchets right down...

And in the processes tab it doesnt show anyhting suspicious.. i have noticed lately that a program ( OmigaPlus ) opens a tab in Firefox all the time and i cant get rid of it.. im thinking that it is the root of all my problems.. am i right in thinking that it might be a discrete bitcoin miner? coz the CPU usage is really high aswell

Go to Run, type msconfig and press enter. Select selective startup and make sure, 'Load system services' is checked.
Go to startup tab and make sure ALL are deselected and press ok. It'll ask for restart, do it. Then check the usage. Also, make sure your system is scanned by a good antivirus while offline, before hand.
