You may need to reset your BIOS to default and reboot and then reenter settings, but if you have an MSI OC Genie app that runs in Windows, I would check that first.
Looks like you have your CPU overclocked, so I dont want to mess with that. I am curious as to what your intending to do though. Turning off the hyperthreading on the CPU kills functionality that you paid extra for when you selected that CPU.

Well, to make a long story short, i'm having stuttering issues with a game called Wildstar and one of the tech support people advised me to try and turn off hyperthreading to see it resolves my issue, which it didn't as i've predicted. I managed to get oc genie working again after restarting a bunch of times and restoring bios to default. Took quite a bit of restarts though until it suddenly worked again.

I also just did a little digging. Your issue may be due to the SLI configuration. Here is a link to the Wildstar support forums that seems to cover issues similar to yours:

Trust me, i've tried many many things to resolve this issue and i'm way past the obvious like simply updating drivers. I monitor temperatures of my pc as long as its on and they've always been acceptable. Cpu never passes 57c and gpus never pass 60c. I am using a Corsair H70 water cooling. The game behaves the same with or without an OC. I also not only tried the game with and without SLI, but i've even removed one of my cards completely and the stutter was still there. Also i don't have this problem in any other game, so i don't think its a hardware issue.

Considering the newness of this game, they just may need more optimizations for SLI. The wildstar support forum thread I linked seems to have some good suggestions, and you may want to test using only one GPU. That could help confirm the SLI issue.

If the hardware is ruled out, and no other software, games or otherwise, seem to be affected, then the issue is likely with the Wildstar game.
Every MMO I have played has had some weird issue or another that may affect some users and not others, especially right after release. I know its not what you want to hear, but process of elimination led us to it.
