Most of the time ? yes, but in cpu-bound games it will have little troubles if not Overclocked. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/nr7YmG this is a more overclocking-wise build, had to get some more $ on a good board if you don't want to pay more, then you could get a R9 280X for 100$ cheaper.
