Explain why so much memory is being used.

So when i power on my PC, all in all I use around 25% without really doing much. For some reason every time a quit a game and exit it out, my memory stays up. And the only way I can fix it is to restart my PC. I have 8GB's which should be plenty for what I do. It only seems to happen with games.

That's normal. If you want to use less memory, stop loading stuff into it eg Skype, UEFI, Afterburner, Printer software, webcam, et etc. Plus only open a couple of pages at a time when using your web browser.

You should notice on a freah Windows install how fast it runs. Because it's not carrying the weight of all the other stuff we then load.

Go though Uninstall Programs and get rid of everything you know you definitely don't need.

I'm not getting what you're talking about. All of this stuff is my normal boot up stuff. I don't even have a printer or afterburner. I clearly said I get 25% on a restart with the SAME applications still on. Turning on Google Chrome makes it go up to around 75% or more. Something is wrong, but I just can't see it. It only happens with games.
